For non urgent technical support
requests, we suggest you submit a formal Support Ticket. Your request
is immediately logged into our support queue, and will be answered
in the order it was received.
As a courtesy, we will email you
a web link that will allow you to check the status of your support
ticket whenever you like. If resolution requires remote support
or further information, we will contact you directly (using your
contact information on our files, unless otherwise indicated).

Note that only clients that have signed and submitted an "Engagement
of Services" contract and a "Confidentiality
Agreement" with OzDox can be assisted by this service. Our
regular service charge of $165 per hour applies to all support ticket
resolutions. |
