For non urgent technical support requests, we suggest you submit a formal Support Ticket. Your request is immediately logged into our support queue, and will be answered in the order it was received.

As a courtesy, we will email you a web link that will allow you to check the status of your support ticket whenever you like. If resolution requires remote support or further information, we will contact you directly (using your contact information on our files, unless otherwise indicated).
